Game details: Los Angeles Rams at Seattle Seahawks, Thu 10/7
The Rams got blown out by the Cardinals last Sunday, but they should be fired up to bounce back when they take on the Seahawks on Thursday Night Football.
LA quarterback Matthew Stafford has been lighting it up so far, throwing 11 touchdown passes (second-most in the league), and his chemistry with Cooper Kupp has spelled disaster for opposing defenses. Kupp has the most receiving touchdowns in the NFL, and the third-most receiving yards. They now get to go up against a Seattle defense that has allowed at least 322 passing yards in each of their last three games and has also given up the most rushing yards in the NFL.
The Seahawks offense has also been running riot with Russell Wilson posting nine touchdown passes and no interceptions. But Seattle’s heavy reliance on their offense could be their undoing, as they must now battle a Rams defense that is one of the best in the league. That should be the difference-maker, as the Seahawks should find it harder to put points on the board than the Rams, and ultimately Los Angeles should have enough to pull out the win by at least a field goal.
