Penn National and White Hat Gaming Sign Long-Term Partnership

Penn National Gaming, Inc., which operates 42 casinos and racetracks across 19 U.S. states, has entered into a long-term, multi-state Player Account Management (PAM) agreement with White Hat Gaming Ltd., a leading iGaming platform provider.

The NASDAQ-listed Penn National chose White Hat Gaming as its online PAM provider after a highly competitive selection process. Penn National will integrate White Hat Gaming’s platform prior to a multi-state sports betting rollout.

White Hat Gaming is partnered with global sports betting supplier Kambi Group plc, as well as dozens of iGaming content providers, and powers over 30 brands around the globe.

Penn National On a Roll

Legal sports betting is currently active or pending in a number of states where Penn National currently operates gaming facilities, giving the company access to legal sports betting markets across the country. The company expects to begin rollout in the third quarter of 2020.

Penn National’s facilities feature over 51,100 gaming machines, 1,300 table games and 9,000 hotel rooms. The company also offers social online gaming through its Penn Interactive Ventures division and has leading customer loyalty programs with over five million active customers.

Penn National operates properties in legal sports betting markets in Mississippi, Indiana, Iowa, Nevada, West Virginia, Pennsylvania, New Mexico and New Jersey.

In addition, the company operates gaming facilities in a number of other states with legal sports betting legislation under consideration, including Ohio, Maine, Colorado, Illinois, Missouri, Louisiana, Michigan, Massachusetts. Kansas, Florida and Texas.
