New Jersey sports betting wagers continue to climb

New Jersey Division of Gaming Enforcement released its November sports betting numbers Wednesday, finding that bettors wagered $330.7 million – a $70 million increase from October’s total. Consumers in New Jersey have reportedly wagered almost $1 billion since the first bet was placed in June.

The legal sports betting market in New Jersey provides consumers with a range of offerings and availability. In November alone, the handle from mobile and online sports betting surged to $238.6 million, accounting for more than two thirds of all wagers placed during the month.
