Available Deposit Options
New Jersey online betting offers you tons of options you didn’t have before it was legal in the United States.
- Debit or Credit Cards: Visa/Mastercard are accepted as they are on most sites.
- Paypal: This has become one of the more popular options in New Jersey and across the United States.
- ACH/E-check: This is the recommended option for us. While it may take a little longer to set up, it is the safest and quickest.
- Cash at Caesars Palace Casino: You can load your account while you are playing at the casino
- Other: Caesars Prepaid Card, Neteller, Pay Near Me and online banking are the other popular methods.
Withdrawal Options
Caesars’ withdrawal system also has almost the same options as depositing. You can withdraw your money via ACH/E-check, Caesars Prepaid Card, Neteller, Paypal, and cash at the casino.
If you used a credit or debit card, you can only withdraw the amount you put on the card for a deposit. You will have to find a different method for any amount over the original deposit.
Caesars Sportsbook Bonuses and Promotions
Caesars started mobile betting in New Jersey in September of 2019. Caesars partnered with Scientific Games for its app. Currently, it has a $10 bonus just for registering your account.
You do not have to place a deposit to be eligible. You will need the code Netfre10, and you will receive a free $10 bet. It has a 100 percent match bonus that tops out at $300. Use the code Sports300 for the deposit match.
Caesars has really stepped up its game in the promotion department. At first, it wasn’t doing anything to compete with the likes of FanDuel and DraftKings.
Since then, it has just about everything imaginable. It has a daily odds boost as well as in-state promotions with the local sports teams.
What about Sports, Lines, and Limits?
Caesars is known to offer some of the best lines around, and that is true in the casino and on the mobile app. Because of the number of casinos it has, its pricing has to be competitive everywhere, and it is.
Betting live in the casino gets you all the options except teasers, which are not offered on mobile at this time. But even inside the casino, it does not offer in-play options.
Once a game has started, you only have half and quarter totals. No spreads as the game moves along. A lack of live betting is the biggest weakness currently at Caesars.
You are offered a full array of sports to bet on. Baseball has MLB, NCAA, and even Triple-A. Basketball has the NBA, college, WNBA, and international.
Football has the NFL, college, even the Canadian Football League. Hockey has NHL, college, and IIHF. Auto Racing, bowling, all major boxing federations, cricket, darts, all the major golf tours, well you get it. If you can think of it, you can bet on it.
Caesars Sportsbook & Mobile Betting
We like the Caesars app, but for such a big name, it has a little left to desire. Live betting is the biggest complaint, and I’m sure it will have that fixed sooner rather than later.
Caesars has partnered with Scientific Games in New Jersey to create a quality product that is easy to use.
Live Betting and in-play wagering
We have touched on this already, as it is our biggest complaint. There are some offerings, but not having a live moneyline for most sports is costing it money. It will get on board eventually.
Ongoing Additional Betting & Bonus Offerings
Caesars is one of the few mobile sportsbooks with a rewards program. Total Rewards is its program, and it is used inside the casino and online. All you have to do is register, and you are automatically entered.
You will receive credits, discounts, and many other perks for being a member.
Caesars Customer Service
The 24/7 customer service is available through chat, email, or phone call. It is super responsive, and having casinos all over the world has led to top-notch customer service.
There are some Pros
The biggest pro to Caesars is stability. While some of the other mobile apps and even casinos will fold, Caesars is it in for the long run. While the mobile app isn’t perfect, it is very user-friendly, and it has already made improvements.
You won’t find many customer service centers as responsive and quick as Caesars.
Total Rewards is one of the best products on the market. Its rewards tiers are easy to climb, and the trips and credits are fantastic.
A big player can guarantee themselves multiple free vacations a year. Even the lower-tier players will get enough free bets to make it worth their while.
And some Cons too
Live betting, have we mentioned that? Its live betting is one of the most limited on the market. While it has a decent selection of sports, some of the smaller markets aren’t always represented.
Not offering teaser bets is another point of contention. Casinos usually make money on these, and bettors enjoy them. We would assume it will be getting added soon, but for the time being, it was disappointing not having this option during the NFL season.
In Summary – a solid online sportsbook
Caesars has one of the better products in New Jersey, but we honestly expect a little more from such a giant in the industry. It is a bit behind in the mobile app arena but is getting better every month.
If we were writing this in a year, we are assuming that it will be significantly improved, and it will get in the 21st century with live betting.
If we were rating the app in stars, it would probably only get a 3 out of 5 from us. Caesars will invest more in online gaming, and it will be just behind FanDuel and DraftKings soon, but for now, it falls quite short of its lofty standards.
